I think I found a squirrel that’s afraid of heights, because it looks like it’s holding on for dear life and has been screaming for like the past ten minutes.
I think hell for me would be in a place where I’m forever wiping my glasses yet they never get clean.

when I try to reblog this, it cuts off most of it :/
Does the title become a link or something? Because if it does, then people can just click that for the whole thing. Kind of annoying, but I’ve seen it before.
Unpopular Opinion Time
Over the past year or so I’ve been on Tumblr, I’ve heard numerous times from people that “Tumblr is a place where you can be accepted and understood, be yourself and not be judged for your beliefs.”
Well, that is complete and utter bullshit. I’ll give you a couple of examples why:
1. Remember that video of that girl saying something like “Girls need to stop calling themselves curvy, because they aren’t. They’re fat. They’re just using curvy as an excuse”? Well Tumblr, if you would have been as accepting and understanding as you say you are, you wouldn’t have jumped down the girls throat. You pretty much put her up on a pyre to burn her at the stake for saying what she did.
2. Just recently a guy posted a picture of himself I assume after he got more piercings. Someone eventually reblogged the picture, saying pretty much “Those look disgusting. Why did you do that?” If you were as welcoming and accepting as you claim to be Tumblr, you’d leave her be and think “Oh, she thinks something different than me. That’s cool.” But nope. You Tumblr people decided to be the opposite of welcoming and accepting and if I didn’t know any better when reading some of your comments, you’re setting up a second pyre right along side the last girl at this very moment. Rethink her life? Seriously? Just because she thinks those piercings don’t look good? Just because she doesn’t hold the same opinion as you? I think you guys are the ones that need to rethink your lives if you’re getting this up in arms over a freaking blog comment.
Tumblr used to be a cool place, and sort of did live up to it’s welcoming reputation before. Now it seems like it’s just any other website, except this time it’s a bunch of self-entitled teenage hipsters that think they all know better than one another doing the internet-bashing.
People need to stop being so hostile on this site. Who cares if one person has a different opinion then you do? Next time you’re about to say something in response like people have to the two examples I’ve given, before you click create post just think for a moment “Does this really effect me?” If it doesn’t? Just let it go! It’s not like the world will end, and in fact the world could even be a better place if you do let it go.
